Join this team of passionate professionals who put students’ needs first. Manage referrals to the program, interact with district directors or OOD coordinators, oversee the implementation of IEPs, supervise staff, participate in hiring, and build relationships with families and students. Support from other Program Directors and the Executive Director built into expectations. The ideal candidate would have some administrative experience or coursework. Certification as principal or special education administrator, or and Statement of Eligibility, a plus.

Our team embraces Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT), a modern Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approach focusing on safety, dignity, and rapport, It identifies the specific reinforcers for problem behavior (PFA) and teaches communication, tolerance, and coping skills (SBT) to create "Happy, Relaxed, and Engaged" (HRE) learners.
