Services and Supports Assistive Technology

Assistive Technology

The Assistive Technology Team is comprised of a speech/language pathologist and occupational therapist with additional support from Strafford Learning Center’s diverse staff of related service providers and a consulting audiologist.  A partnership with AT in NH at the University of New Hampshire is an integral component of Strafford Learning Center’s Assistive Technology Team.

The Assistive Technology Team currently provides support to the Barrington, Farmington, Middleton, Milton, Northwood, Nottingham, Oyster River, Rochester, Rollinsford, Somersworth, Strafford, and Wakefield School Districts.

The Assistive Technology Team has three major functions:

  • Consultation
  • Equipment Loan
  • Training and Professional Development
